The Product R&D Center tests the content of raw materials for each coating batch, mainly determining the NCO% content in prepolymers. The di-n-butylamine titration method is adopted to measure the NCO group content in polyurethane prepolymers.

The Product R&D Center tests the content of raw materials for each coating batch, mainly determining the NCO% content in prepolymers. The di-n-butylamine titration method is adopted to measure the NCO group content in polyurethane prepolymers.
Physical performance tests are conducted on samples from each molding cycle of the day. Test items include: resilience, Shore A hardness, Shore D hardness, abrasion resistance, tensile strength, 100% modulus, 300% modulus, elongation at break, angular tear strength and right-angle tear strength.
