Guide Wheel Coating Business

The company operates 7 production lines for guide wheel coating, equipped with 8 French imported casting machines and 9 professional precision temperature-controlled ovens with a temperature deviation of ±10°C. All polyurethane raw materials are imported. We customize suitable coating materials according to customer requirements and are fully equipped with professional laboratory testing equipment for material physical properties.
We have conducted a series of R&D tests targeting diamond wires and structural wires, and put the products with optimal performance and application effect into mass production.
Polycarbonate diol (PCDL) based on polyester is currently adopted.
Polycarbonate diol is synthesized via transesterification between small-molecule diols (initiators) and dimethyl carbonate or diphenyl carbonate. It features excellent dynamic mechanical properties, mechanical strength, resilience, flex resistance, heat resistance, weather resistance, hydrolysis resistance and wear resistance.
