Coated Wear-resistant New Material
The continuous long-term operating temperature of wear-resistant polyurethane guide wheels ranges from 80 to 90°C, with a short-term peak temperature up to 120°C. It also features excellent low-temperature resistance, with a brittleness temperature of -70°C, while the brittleness temperature of conventional polyurethane guide wheel coating materials is only -40°C. The rubber layer of this wear-resistant polyurethane guide wheel maintains outstanding stability under both high and low temperatures, and is not prone to embrittlement or hardness reduction.
The hydrolysis resistance of the wear-resistant polyurethane guide wheel coating is 1 to 2 times higher than that of ordinary guide wheel coatings.
Conventional material coatings tend to turn yellow and dark, accompanied by degraded physical properties after prolonged exposure to sunlight. Our wear-resistant guide wheel coating is blended with a small amount of anti-aging agents and UV absorbers to enhance weather resistance.
Compared with ordinary guide wheel coatings, this wear-resistant polyurethane coating delivers approximately 35% improvement in oil resistance and metal adhesion performance.
In terms of physical properties, the new wear-resistant guide wheel coating boasts a substantially higher tensile strength and superior tear resistance. Its wear resistance is increased by 30%.
