The continuous long-term operating temperature of wear-resistant polyurethane guide wheels ranges from 80 to 90°C, with a short-term peak temperature up to 120°C. It also features excellent low-temperature resistance, with a brittleness temperature of -70°C, while the brittleness temperature of conventional polyurethane guide wheel coating materials is only -40°C.

Raw Material Inspection & Physical Property Testing
The Product R&D Center tests the content of raw materials for each coating batch, mainly determining the NCO% content in prepolymers. The di-n-butylamine titration method is adopted to measure the NCO group content in polyurethane prepolymers.
